I always find a buyer tends to be able to see past design aspects of a home, such as furnishings, the more they are exposed to varying and many styles.
Think about it…if you never experience different takes on the same room, hence different styles of design, you would never be able to visualize what could be.
And on the flip side, it will certainly help you if you are trying to sell your home. You can completely change the look and feel of a room with paint and décor.
