Sheri’s boat, the “Boss Sea.”

The weather finally broke, so get out on that boat!

But since it might be a little chilly out on the water and you may be in need of some boating apparel and accessories, here are my North Fork picks for places to shop.

What to wear, you say? Well, this is a problem for me at least. I mean boating apparel isn’t really exciting in the slightest, so best to be creative. There are some great shops around to get apparel and accessories for your boat. I really like Preston’s in Greenport.

Calypso St. Barth in Greenport has some great boat ho chic — sorry, I couldn’t resist — apparel and accessories that are good to go from day to evening.

Mint in Mattituck has some great things for us female salty dogs — everything from bikinis to cover ups and totes.

Last but not least, West Marine in Riverhead has great accessories for the boat and various other items that range from dishes to sunglasses.

And of course, when I can’t find what I want to wear or put on the boat, I design it!

Stay tuned for next week’s Spin!
