A record $19.5 million was spent for a home on 135 acres on the North Fork, Corcoran Group Real Estate announced last week. The property was originally listed for $22 million.

The property, sold by Corcoran SVP Sheri Winter Clarry, sits on a deepwater creek on Indian Neck Lane in Peconic. It contains a house that is 5,000 square feet with four bedrooms, five baths, a media room and a greenhouse. In addition, the lot has a 19-acre vineyard, a working organic farm and 14 different out buildings.
