Big E Farm—the North Fork property that hosts the Martha Clara Winery—has sold for $15 million to one of the most renowned Mexican wine producers, the Rivero-González family.

The most recent asking price was $17.5 million.

Previously owned by Robert Entenmann of Entenmann’s Bakery, the transaction of Big E Farm is the second-highest in North Fork history. The most expensive sale went for $19.5 million back in 2008. Both sales were represented by Corcoran Group’s real estate broker, Sheri Winter Clarry.

Of the 205 acres, 113 of those acres are under vine. On-site, there are nine barns, a wine club gallery, an event gallery, a tasting room, a culinary education center, three cottages, and a residential manor house.

Inside the manor house, one will find five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a professional kitchen, a commercial baking room, a club room, four fireplaces, a solarium, and a full basement with a fitness pool, gym, wine cellar, and spa room. An elevator services all three levels.

María Rivero, the CEO of the acquisition, said:
