Famously the site of Bridgehampton Polo for 20 years, the 115-acre Two Trees Farm will soon be home to 12 new homes, with five fronting Long Pond, dubbed Two Trees Estates. Developer David Walentas purchased the North-of-the-Highway property in the 1990s.
