Everybody has a day job right?
Ok, so now that we are clear, mine’s real estate. Yup, for better or for worse, in sickness and in health. Ah, but I digress.
I see it all, from the investor to the love-struck couple, newlyweds, you name it. One thing that has become quite clear to me, is that each property speaks to its prospective purchaser.
I liken it to falling in love. It’s not something you can put your finger on necessarily.
I see couples discussing their future, and how they will live in and use their potential new home. It’s a really beautiful, organic process watching it unfold as decisions are being made and dreams are coming true, even for my investor clients. They envision the beginning and the future, and wind up turning it into reality.
I love being a part of all of it, each and every time. It never gets old.
I love what I do.
