“The dream house always starts with the location: waterfront, open vistas, privacy and easily accessible. A modern designer kitchen that will be the center of all activities in the home is a must. All bedrooms en suite, updated baths with beautiful cabinetry and tile work, master bedrooms on first and second floors. An elevator to all floors with roof terrace is a plus, and multiple gas fireplaces and computer-controlled audio and lighting systems. Outdoor recreation area includes a pool, pool house, tennis courts and built-in barbecue with pizza oven. The indoor area has a lower level with a large recreation room, movie theater, glass-enclosed gym, sauna, steam shower, wine cellar and billiard room.
